Previously, he served in several executive positions at both national and regional companies such as Lincoln Property Company (National) and Arnel (Regional) Multifamily Groups. Prior to that, he was Vice President at AIMCO, the largest multifamily manager (REIT) in the nation, where he managed West Coast operations in excess of 12,000 units. Most recently, Jeff was a Principal and Chief Financial Officer of The Bethany Group, where he was instrumental in the acquisition and management of more than 24,000 multifamily apartment units valued in excess of $1.7 Billion. Having held key executive positions with select national and large regional real estate firms, he brings more than 30 years experience in acquisition, property management and real estate finance. He is also a member of the Praxis Investment Committee. Jeff serves as Chief Financial Officer for Praxis Capital’s multifamily platform, including PM Residential Management. Having served on the boards of many local non-profit organizations, he was also instrumental in helping a local non-profit affordable housing provider with the acquisition, entitlement, financing and construction of a $20 million affordable housing project for seniors and people with disabilities.īob and his wife are the proud parents of four beautiful children.

He has spoken at many real estate investment conferences and has served as a national instructor for a professional real estate designation program. He began his career in the Wealth Management Division of Dean Witter Reynolds. As a partner in a boutique investment banking firm, Bob specialized in private placement equity investments for high net worth individuals and pension funds. Before Eagle, Bob formed the International Division for a large real estate company with sales in excess of $100 million, serving as its Managing Director. He founded and served as President of Eagle Golf Corporation, a golf course and real estate consulting and development company.
Prior to joining Praxis Capital, he served as Director of Housing Development for PEP Housing where he was responsible for multifamily acquisition, entitlement, financing and construction management of multiple apartment properties. Bob brings a wealth of experience as a securities and real estate private equity professional to Praxis Capital, having over $1 billion of transactional experience.
